Jimmy Henderson II Construction
Company is staffed by experienced personnel in each division to assure quality
craftsmanship.
Jimmy H. Henderson II, a lifelong resident of Fort Walton Beach, is the President and Founder of Jimmy Henderson II Construction Company, Inc. Jimmy graduated from Auburn University in 1984 with a degree in Building Science. With over
24 years experience in the construction industry, Jimmy likes to keep abreast of the construction industry by attending construction related seminars/workshops, serving on local construction boards, and attending continuing education classes. Jimmy takes pride in the Building Industry Association. He attends and participates by supporting the Parade of Homes, Home Show, Apex Awards and membership drives. Jimmy is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, thus allowing him to work throughout the state. He further holds State and County licenses in the following trades: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and roofing. Jimmy not only cares about his employees and customers, but is also
actively involved in the community and supports many charities.
Kara
Lunsford,
the General Operations Manager and Construction
Coordinator, has been with Jimmy Henderson II Construction Company, Inc.
for three years. Kara is in charge of overseeing the company's daily operations and procedures; handling and maintaining all phases of the accounting department; and
maintaining the company's and subcontractors' licensing and insurance.
Kara is also responsible for
organizing all paperwork pertaining to permitting, inspections,
advertising, estimating and purchasing. Kara is known for her reliability, accuracy and ability to complete projects expediently.

Dick Troxell
is the
Project Manager. Dick has 26 years of construction experience. Dick
is in charge of overseeing all phases of construction, making certain
that all construction managers have the tools and personnel to
complete their projects. He not only ensures that a timely schedule is met, but that the quality meets or exceeds the local and state building codes, as well as the Jimmy Henderson II Construction Company, Inc. standards. Dick is well known in the construction industry and strives "to build the best house as humanly possible".
