 Bridgeport Colony General Home Features

  • Exteriors are either all brick, all stucco or a combination of brick & stucco with vinyl eaves, soffits, fasica & porch ceilings per the elevation. 

  • All sites are fully sodded & landscaped with well, lawn pump & sprinkler system with timer.  All driveways will have brick pavers from the sidewalk to the street.  All exteriors will have a low-voltage landscape lighting package with at least five lights.  

  • All roofs will have a 30-year dimensional shingle in Driftwood Gray.

  • All homes are built to Blue-Ribbon Natural Gas energy specifications with natural gas furnaces, water heaters, vented or direct vent fireplaces & grill lines.  Natural gas range/ovens, dryer connections & second heating systems are optional.

  • All living rooms, great rooms, family rooms, studies & bedrooms will have ceiling fans.  All windows are double-paned, insulated single-hung windows with tilt-out lower panels for easy cleaning; all exterior doors are insulated steel doors.

  • All homes will have R-30 insulation in flat ceiling areas, R-19 insulation in sloped ceiling areas & R-13 insulation in all perimeter walls of heated-&-cooled areas.

  • Garages are fully finished with painted & textured sheetrock walls & acoustical-sprayed ceilings.  All garages not having a room directly over them offer pull-down attic stairs with an attic light.

  • All kitchens offer either oak, maple, or white cabinetry with Corian countertops & seamless sink.  Appliances include Kenmore radiant-top self-cleaning range/oven, space-saver microwave/hood, "hush-motor" dishwasher & garbage disposals.

  •  Flooring includes ceramic tile in foyers, kitchen/nooks, utility/laundry areas & all baths & either berber or short-plush pile carpet with upgraded padding.  Hardwood is available as an option.

  • All master baths have whirlpool garden tubs, separate showers with seats & glass door enclosure & double vanity with cultured marble countertop.  All master bedrooms have either trey or minimum 9-foot ceilings & spacious walk-in closet space.

  • All homes offer skip-trowel or knock-down textured-ceilings in living areas with orange-peel textured walls painted light taupe with antique white trip and paneled doors.

  • All plans can be customized to meet the buyer's requirements.  We also work with buyers to design new plans or will build the buyer's plan contingent upon Architectural Review Board Approval.
